5.6 Power-on and shutdown sequences
■ Power-on sequence
To turn the power on, finish making all the required connections and then follow the procedure
shown in Figure 9.
To turn on the emulator, press the power switch on the back of the emulator. The power switch re-
mains depressed.
Immediately after the emulator is shipped, an initialization operation (monitor loading) is required
before the power is turned on to the user system. For information about how to initialize the emula-
tor, refer to "S
Workbench operations manual".
