3. Insert hair pin in the hole and set deck
back down. Insert hair pins from the
outside facing inward.
4. Repeat for three remaining HOC rods.
NOTICE: Ensure that washer is positioned
between hair pin and frame.
NOTICE: The front HOC rods are larger in
diameter than the rear rods. Washers and
spacers are sized to match HOC rods.
