WARNING
Risk of damage to gearbox!
• Only spare part gear oil should be used for the 7-speed
gearbox 0GC ⇒ Electronic Catalogue of Original Parts.
• Other gear oils lead to malfunctions and/or gearbox fail‐
ure.
The adapter for oil filling must be clean and the gearbox oil
must not be mixed with other oils!
For topping up, use adapter for oil filling, e.g. - VAS 6262- or -
VAS 6262A-.
• The pipe of the adapter for oil filling -VAS 6262A- must be
shortened to prevent it colliding with the bottom of soil oil
bottles ⇒ page 111 .
• Shake oil bottle well before opening to mix any sediments at
the bottom of the bottle with the oil.
• If the thread of the oil bottle does not correspond to the
adapter -VAS 6262A-, the adapter -VAS 6262/6- must be
used in addition.
– Screw the gear oil bottle to the adapter for oil filling - VAS
6262- or - VAS 6262A-.
