5. Standard adjustment

The machine must be serviced by a trained
technician.
Have electrical

If the safety guard is removed, be sure to
install it in its original position and check that
it functions properly.
When tilting the sewing machine head, fix it
so that the table does not move.
Movement of the table may cause injuries
such as pinching the foot.
Use both hands to tilt or pull back the
machine.
If you do so with one hand, your hand may
slip due to the weight of the sewing machine
and cause injuries such as injuries.

Turn off the power switch and unplug the
power cord in the following cases:
If the treadle is depressed by mistake, the
sewing machine may operate and cause
injury.

When opening the motor cover, be sure to
turn off the power switch, and then wait for
one minute before opening the cover.
Touching the motor surface may cause
burns.
If you need to make adjustments while the
power switch is turned on, use extreme
safety precautions.
The standard position of the arm thread guide R(1) is that the
fastening screw (2) is set at the center of the arm thread guide
R(1) adjustment range.
[Precaution]
Adjustment is made by loosening the screw (2) and
moving the arm thread guide R (1).
・ When sewing heavy objects, move arm thread guide R
(1) to the left. (The amount of thread on the balance is
increased.)
・ When sewing a thin object, move the arm thread guide
R (1) to the right. (The amount of thread on the balance
is reduced.)
