Low-Profile Expansion Card Setup

The HX2560 M1/HX2560 M2 supports one low-profile PCI-E 2.0 (x8) expansion card slot for
use with a riser card. The HX2560 M1/HX2560 M2 has two low-profile PCI slots available
in order to accomodate a variety of riser card and add-on card combinations.
Installing a Low-Profile Expansion Card
1. Disconnect the chassis from any power source.
2. Remove the screw securing the clamp for low-profile PCI-E slot.
3. Slide the clamp for low-profile PCI-E slot.
Note: Take note not to drop the low-profile PCI-E slot cover in the chassis.
4. Remove two low-profile PCI-E slot covers.
5. Insert the low-profile expansion card into the riser card.
6. Install the low-profile PCI-E slot cover (upper slot).
7. Slide the clamp for low-profile PCI-E slot to the original position.
8. Secure the clamp for low-profile PCI-E slot with the screw.
