Product Warranty
The sole obligation of Nortel under this warranty is the replacement or repair,
at Nortel's option, of the defective product. Software licensed by Nortel is
warranted to function without material troubles which Nortel deems to have
resulted from a defect in design of the software, as set forth in the technical
specifications of the product. Equipment associated with the INM products
(e.g. workstations and their operating systems, data networking equipment) is
covered by this warranty only if purchased through Nortel as part of the
product sale.
INM Product Services
A full suite of value-added services is available for purchase through the INM
Product Services portfolio. The available services include such items as
extended product warranty support, advanced technical support, installation
planning and support, on-site installation, technical training, software
upgrades, extended HP warranty, network planning and integration
consultation, and Network Management System Audits and Performance
Reports. These services are available through a variety of service packages.
