(1815) Adding a second zone in the Add/Edit Zone window
•
overwrites the first zone.
Workaround: After adding a zone, close the Add/Edit Zone window
before adding another zone.
(2355) If an alert is broadcast while a page is active, the page audio is
•
dropped.
(2685) If an alert and page are sent at the same time, the Application
•
Gateway will become temporarily unavailable.
Workaround: Do not simultaneously send an alert and page.
(2620) After you upload an application icon, the icon does not appear
•
on 2007 IP phones in GXAS mode. If you click the area where the icon
should appear, GXAS locks up.
(486) Occasionally, the Application Gateway will take longer than
•
usual to restart (ten minutes or more). During that time, the
Application Gateway is unreachable. However, once the Application
Gateway does start up, it operates correctly.
(715) If a Design Studio root user password is changed through the
•
Design Studio application, the Application Gateway will be
temporarily unavailable.
(2027) After changing the root password, you might be asked to enter
•
the password multiple times when attempting to access an
Administration Tool page. This issue has been observed only in
Windows Internet Explorer.
Workaround: Close and then re-open the browser window.
Alternatively, use the Mozilla browser.
(2167) If the first line of the system log contains an XML tag and the
•
system log is viewed through the Administration Tool Logging >
System Log page in Internet Explorer, the log will not display and you
will see the following error: "The XML page cannot be displayed.
Cannot view XML input using style sheet."
Workaround: This is a display issue in Internet Explorer and does not
occur in the Mozilla or Opera browsers. Alternatively view the log
from the log archive or syslog.
