Zone Paging

(702) After you reply to a message, you must put the phone back on
hook before you can reply to the same message again.
(1845) On Nortel 1120 and 1140 phones (GXAS), the Return and Logoff
soft keys are missing the first time that you log on to Visual Voicemail
and display the message list.
Workaround: From the message list, press the More soft key twice to
display the Return and Logoff soft keys.
(3369) When a message is forwarded to an invalid email address, the
phone indicates that the message was sent although it was not sent.
(167) If you create a custom zone that has the same name as a zone that
is imported from LDAP, the Application Gateway creates one zone per
extension.
Workaround: Remove the extra zones and create a custom zone with
a unique name.
(196) The Application Gateway Administration Tool enables you to
create multiple paging zones with the same name. You will see the
duplicate names listed on Operation > Voice Office > Paging.
(470) If you toggle an extension's license status from Licensed to
Unlicensed in the Application Gateway License Monitor, the extension
will continue to receive zone pages.
Workaround: Remove the unlicensed extension from paging zones.
(685) If a user stops playing a page and then immediately receives a
page from another phone, the user's phone continues to display the
name of the sender of the stopped page and not the current page. This
is a display problem only; the page plays as expected.
(796) If you toggle an extension's license status from Licensed to
Unlicensed in the Application Gateway License Monitor, the extension
will appear multiple times in any zones created from an LDAP source.
This is a display issue only.
Workaround: Resynchronize the Application Gateway with the LDAP
server to update the display.
(1598) When an IP Phone 2007, 1120E, or 1140E (GXAS) is switched to
TPS, 20 seconds must elapse before the phone will allow the
Application Gateway to push to it. This security feature results in a
phone missing a page sent during that 20 seconds. Voice Office
currently provides no interface for retrieving missed pages.
