Do not intervene before receiving the approval of the emergency
services, if they are present at the scene of the accident.
Ensure the safety of the people present at the scene of
the accident if this has not already been done

Switch the vehicle ignition off + LOCKOUT
- 400V and
- 12V
Visual check of battery safety criteria before transport:
- Leak ?
- Case cracked, broken ?
- Case under stress ?
- Case fastening points bent, cracked ?
- Damage to 12V and 400V connectors ?
Preparing a vehicle which has had an accident before
transport:

Tow a vehicle which has had an accident on the flatbed
Leave vehicle in the marked and dedicated parking area
of the Z.E. Expert dealership

Level 1 authorisation
LOCKOUT OPERATIVE
Rule 1:
Consider a vehicle which has had an accident as a live
naked part which may demonstrate an insulation fault.
Rule 2:
Obligatory lockout if an operation is required on an
electrical element.
Rule 3:
Lock out the 400V before locking out the 12V (the
control governs the power).
Rule 4:
Call the emergency services immediately in the event
of:
- a person injured during the transport chain procedure
- the emission of smoke
- the outbreak of a fire.
- ...
Does the traction battery demonstrate a
potential risk of delayed outbreak of fire?
Monitor the vehicle and the battery
throughout the transport operation
(loading, transport, unloading, parking).
