j. Accessing the towing ring anchoring points
" Unclip cover 3 or 6.
" Screw towing ring 7 in fully, initially by hand as far as it will go, then lock it using the wheel-brace.
" Towing ring 7 and the wheel-brace are located under the boot mat in the tool kit (refer to the
information on the "Tool kit" in Section 5 of the customer handbook)
" Only use the front and rear towing points (never the driveshafts).
" These towing points must only be used to tow the vehicle. They must never be used to lift the vehicle,
either directly or indirectly.
k. Procedure to manually unlock the gear selector
Once the gear selector has been moved to position P when immobilising the vehicle, the lever will remain
locked in this position.
To unlock the wheels in order to move the vehicle, it is necessary to move the gear selector manually to
position N, neutral.
! Insert an object in the hole
! Press the shaft and the unlocking button
the lever at the same time.
! Move the lever to position N, neutral.
