Agent Greeting Application Upgrades

Application loadware upgrades allow the Agent Greeting Administrator to
upgrade all cards in an Agent Greeting Multicard group by calling a single
upgrade procedure from the server card. The procedures which are detailed
below depends on the type of the Agent Greeting Multicard Group.
There are three type of Agent Greeting Multicard Group:
Single Card
Single Card Agent Greeting configuration is where only a single card is
installed (the Server Card) For example:
1.
A Single VPS(NTVQ09AB) Server Card.
2.
A Single Media Card (NTVQ09BA) Server Card.
Common Card Multicard Group
Common Card Agent Greeting Groups are groups where all cards are of the
same type. For example:
1.
An all VPS(NTVQ09AB) Agent Greeting group
2.
An all Media Card (NTVQ09BA) Agent Greeting group
Mixed Card Multicard Group
Mixed Card Agent Greeting Groups are groups with a mixture of card types.
i.e. a mixture of VPS(NTVQ09AB) and Media Card (NTVQ09BA) Agent
Greeting Cards
Application Loadware upgrade for both Single Card and Common Card
Group follow the same procedure, which is described on page 32.
The Application Loadware upgrade procedure for a Mixed Card Group is
described on page 36.
