Selector Switch Calibration
To calibrate the selector switch:
1. Click the View Selector Switch Calibrat. button.

2. Move the selector switch to the position #1
(lowest setting). In the SHC Switch Selector
Calibration Editor screen, enter the voltage (in
mV) displayed in the Selector Switch window
into the leftmost voltage entry in the calibration
table. You must also enter the corresponding
suspension height below that entry.
NOTE: The voltage values must be entered in
ascending order from left to right.

3. Move the selector switch to the next position
and repeat Step 3. This must be done for every
switch position. If there are less than five
positions, enter the same values in the
remaining table entries. Figure 4.40.

4. When you have finished, click the Write to APV
button to write the calibration data to the SHC
module. Figure 4.41.
Final Checkout Procedure

Perform the final checkout procedure after you
perform any PCU changes with ArCOM.
1. Shut off the ignition for at least 15 seconds to
allow the PCU to reset. This will ensure that
the PCU is operating from the stored values
after powering up.
2. Start the engine.
3. Ensure that the air tank pressure is greater
than 95 psi.
4. Place the height switch in the LOWEST
POSITION and wait for the truck to stop
changing height.
5. Visually confirm that the truck is at the low
position and level from left to right and front to
back.
6. Place the height position switch in the
HIGHEST POSITION and wait for the truck to
stop changing height.
7. Visually confirm that the truck is at the highest
position and level from front to rear and left to
