Software Management
The Software Management utility is accessed from
the Main Menu, Maintenance Tab and using the
Software Management option. Figure 4.19.

Software Management can display the software
version information stored on the SHC module and
upload new software to it.
Display Current Software Version Information
To display current software version information,
click on the Request Version Info button. The
version information will be displayed in the display
window. Figure 4.20.

Software Updates
Software should only be updated if instructed to by
the manufacturer.

Upload Software — Standard Method
The standard method is used when updating
software in the module, without the need to
overwrite existing parameters in the SHC module.
To upload software to the SHC module using the
standard method:
1. On the Software Management screen, select
the Standard Tab.
2. In the Device drop-down list, select "SHC
Prime Mover (2F)".
3. In the Software Folder, click the Open button
and navigate to the directory C:\Program

Files\ArCom\Software. Once you are in this
directory, click the Current Folder button.

4. Choose the software to be uploaded to the
SHC module from the Available Software list.
