Start the interval timer

At the start screen, press Menu 1-1-2 (Extras > Countdown timer).

Scroll to Interval timer and press Select.

Scroll to the interval timer you want to use, and select Start timer.

Select the period from which you want the timer to start, then
press Start.
The interval timer starts running from the time period you selected. It
continues from one time period to another, according to the options
you selected in step 5 above.

When the alarm goes off
When the normal timer or a period of time set in the interval timer
expires, your phone sounds a tone, flashes its lights, and displays the note
you entered.
STOP THE ALARM
To stop the alarm, press any key. If no key is pressed, the alarm automatically
stops within 30 seconds. To stop the alarm and also delete the note you
entered, press Exit.

• THE STOPWATCH

Your phone has a stopwatch that can be used to track time at sporting
events or other occasions. The stopwatch displays time in hours, minutes,
seconds and fractions of a second in hh:mm:ss:s format.
Note about stopwatch operation
Using the stopwatch consumes the battery and operating time will be
reduced. Be careful not to let it run in the background when performing
other operations with your phone.
If you press the end key and return to the start screen, the clock continues
to run in the background and the
