    1.SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Safety instructions for brushcutter and grass trimmer Proper safety precautions must be observed. This unit must be handled carefully. DO NOT EXPOSE YOURSELF OR OTHERS TO DANGER. Follow these general rules. Do not permit others to use this machine unless they are thoroughly responsible and have read and understand the machine manual and are trained in its operation.

    3. ASSEMBLY When assembling, put on protective gloves. Blades can be sharp. a. Mounting the flexible shaft • Pull the locking bolt out and affix the flexible shaft to the motor until the locking bolt locks in. • Open the air filter cover, screw the accelerator cable in as shown and attach to the throttle valve. •...

    4. FILLING OIL TANK AND FUEL TANK Each time before use, check the following: That there are no leaks in the fuel system. That the equipment is in perfect condition and that the safety devices and cutting devices are complete. That all screws are securely fastened.

MAINTENANCE WARNING: Always wear protective gloves when working on or around cutting tools. • For non-use, transport or storage always attach the transport guard to all cutting tools. • Before performing any maintenance or cleaning work, always turn off the engine and pull out the spark boot plug.
