SETUP INSTRUCTIONS

Required Tools:
Allen wrenches – 4mm, 5mm
Open End Wrenches – 10mm, 14mm, 17mm
Adjustable Wrench
Ratchet Wrench with 11/16" Socket
1. Remove wooden crate lid. Remove pump handle from crate and the cardboard box that includes the press feet (10) and hardware.
2. Raise the bottom of the press frame assembly (4) over the edge of the wooden crate so the foot base assemblies (10) can be installed on
the press frame with the hardware (11 and 12) provided. See figure 1. Tighten hardware.
3. Remove all the plastic wrap from the press frame assembly (4)
and tilt the press upright and out of the wooden crate.
4. Install the winch handle (20) in the winch handle receiver that is
installed on the side of the press frame assembly (4).
5. Turn the winch handle (20) in a clockwise rotation to raise the
movable bolster (18) midway up the press frame assembly (4) so
the holes in the bolster align with the holes in the winch frame.
Secure the bolster to the press frame by installing the bolster
locating pins (16) through the holes and installing the retaining
rings (7) on the ends of the pins (16).
6. Secure the pump linkage (45) to the handle receiver (48) with
hardware (46 and 49) provided. See figure 2.
