Handlebar
To adjust Handlebar height, three holes at bottom of
handlebar legs are used. Remove cap screws and
lockwashers, position handlebars at a safe
comfortable tilling height, align holes and secure with
cap screws and lockwashers.
WARNING: Never store tiller in an
enclosed area where fuel fumes may
reach flame, sparks, pilot lights or an
ignited object. Drain fuel out doors
away from any ignition source. Use
only approved fuel container.
Your authorized Ariens Dealer is trained and
equipped to service your tiller. A periodic checkup by
your dealer will help reduce your maintenance costs.
Publications are available for tiller owners who wish
to perform some of their own maintenance and
service operations. Should a complete parts and/or
repair manual be desired, use the convenient order
form supplied with your warranty registration or order
by machine model and serial number.

Tilling Width
To till the minimum width, remove the outer tines by
removing the four nuts and bolts that hold them on
each side.
Store tiller in a cool dry protected place.
Inspect tiller for visible signs of wear, breakage or
damage. Order any parts required and make
necessary repairs to avoid delays when beginning
use again.
Clean tiller thoroughly. Touch up all unpainted areas
to avoid rust.
Engine
When storing tiller for an extended period refer to
Engine Manufacturers Instruction Manual.
Mail Requests:
Components commonly used for consumer service,
can be ordered through your Ariens Dealer. When
ordering parts always include the Model and Serial
Number of your unit to assure prompt service.
