Capture

To capture TCP network packets and logs using the Mitel Web UI:
Open your web browser and enter the phone's IP address or host name into the address bar.

Enter your username and password and click OK/Login.

The status window displays for the IP phone you are accessing.
: The default username is "root" and the default password is "73738".
NOTE
Click on Diagnostics.

In the Timeout input field, enter the amount of time (in minutes from 1 to 1440) you would like to

capture TCP network packet data using the dialpad keys.
Click Start.

: Click Stop at any time to stop capturing the TCP packet data.

Collect Logs

Collect/tar Logs and Get Log Files

To save the logs to your PC using the Mitel Web UI:
Open your web browser and enter the phone's IP address or hostname into the address bar.
