FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Should the mower remain plugged into the charger when
not in use?
No, disconnect the product from the charger when it
is fully charged.
What is the recommended tyre pressure, and how often
should tyre pressure be checked?
For best performance, the tyre pressure should be
1.0 bar (14.5 psi) for the front tyres and 1.52 bar (22
psi) for the rear tyres. Check the tyre pressure before
each use.
Can I use only 36 V battery packs to power the product?
No, the product is designed to run on 80 V. At
least one 80 V battery pack is required to operate
the product. 36 V battery packs are designed as
boosters or an extension to the energy storage which
increases the overall runtime.
Can I charge my 36 V battery packs in the product?
Yes. The product will charge the 80 V battery packs
in parallel with the fast charger at 14 A. While the 80
V battery packs are being charged, any compatible

switch is actively engaged.
The Intelligent Drive System joystick may be pushed
down in its locked neutral position. Pull up the
joystick to engage directional movement. Check the
LCD dashboard if the joystick is locked in the neutral

If the foot brake is used for an emergency stop,
the intelligent drive system joystick may need to
be reset to engage directional movement. To reset
the joystick control, push down the joystick into the
locked neutral position and pull it back up into the
engaged neutral position. You will hear 2 beeps if
joystick is reset correctly.
What can cause the blades to stop during use?
Check the battery level indicator. The deck motor
turns off when the battery power gets low to allow you
enough time to drive back to the charging location.
Drive back and charge the battery immediately.
If the battery level is not low, slow down or raise the
cutting deck to a higher level. High load applications
can also cause one or both deck motors to stop.

closed. Push down the side discharge chute, and
make sure that it fully presses the side discharge
interlock switch.
When coasting downhill, why does the mower sometimes
accelerate and sometimes does not?
