Mode 1: Momentary/Latching Relays - AMX SX16+ Instruction And Programming Manual

Each relay in an SX16+ Relay Controller may be
programmed for momentary operation (only
energize while Control button is pushed) or latching
operation (energized with a momentary push of a
control button and de-energized with the next
push).
The latching mode is also referred to as 'Alternate
Action' or 'Toggling On and Off'.
Setting Latching Relays
Press Buttons 15, 16 and 1 Simultaneously
All channels set for latching operation will have lit
LEDs while In Program Mode 1.
To change state, press the front panel buttons until
desired latching channels are lit. Pressing channel
button again will 'toggle' it out of latching state.

If Changes are Desired
Press Buttons 15, 16 and 13 Simultaneously
If just checking status -
Press Buttons 15, 16 and 14 Simultaneously
After exiting Mode 1, check relay status by pressing
the front panel buttons. The relays should now
assume their new momentary / latching status.
