Do not expand the ring more than the amount

necessary to remove it from the piston.

*By hand: Placing both thumbs as shown, spread

the ring open and push up on the opposite side.

1. Measure piston pin bore inside diameter I.D.(1).

Piston Pin Bore I.D: 0.7244 - 0.7401" (18.4 - 18.8 mm)

2. Measure piston pin O. D (2). Replace piston and/or

piston pin if out of tolerance.

Piston Pin O.D.:

Std:0 .724 –0 .740" (18.4 – 18.8 mm)

Service Limit:0 .710" (18.036 mm)
