in Contacts, you can make a call to any of the
numbers stored with it.
If you scroll to contact information from another
phone, you can make a call to any of the
numbers in the contact information.
To place the call now, press O.

Scroll left or right to display the number type you
want to call. When the correct number is displayed,
press O to place the call.
To make calls while viewing the details of an item on the
Recent Calls list:
1.
From the Recent Calls list, select the item
containing the number you want to call. If you
select a call or contact information from another
phone, you can make a call to the number shown
first on the details screen.

Press O.
Tip
To make a Direct Connect call from the Recent Calls
list, find the Direct Connect number you want to call
and press and hold the Direct Connect button to
place the call.
Making a Phone Call Using a Voice Name
If you have created a voice name in Contacts for the
number you want to call (see page 102), say the voice
name into your phone to enter the number.
1.
Press and hold the
Speaker Button
prompt appears telling you to say the voice name.
2.
Speaking into the microphone, say the voice name
assigned to the number you want to call. Your
phone plays the name back to you.
3.
The call is placed automatically.
Tip
To stop a phone call from being completed, press
o or (.

Using Speed Dialing

You can store up to 600 numbers in your phone's
speed dial memory.

To use Turbo Dial
for speed dial locations 1–9:
Press and hold the appropriate key for
approximately two seconds. The display confirms
that the number has been dialed when it shows
"Calling...".
