Troubleshooting

If your problems remain after checking this manual, please contact your place of purchase or visit the local website from
support and local customer service.
Problem
The projector does not turn on.
The projector cannot play files in USB flash
drives via USB-A ports.
Screen brightness is changed.
Cause
There is no power from the power cable.
The battery is running out and in low
voltage.
The USB flash drive is not connected to the
projector properly.
The projector does not support the file
formats.
The adapter is removed.
The adapter is not removed but the Eco
Mode is switched on.

Remedy
Plug the power cable into the AC inlet on the rear of
the projector, and plug the power cable into to the
power outlet. If the power outlet has a switch, make
sure that it is switched on.
Plug in power adapter to charge the projector until the
LED indicator turns off; then push the projector's
power switch on or press the power button on the
remote control to turn it on.
Make sure your USB flash drive is fully inserted into
the USB-A port on the projector.

The light brightness is decreased in Eco Mode to
support longer projection. If a brighter screen is
preferred, connect the power adapter to the projector
or change the Eco Mode to Off.
