Cause
Cable is not connected properly. Connect the input audio cable correctly.
Cable is broken. Replace the broken input audio cable.
Speaker cable is not connected
Connect Speaker cable to MA Board correctly.

Input terminal is broken.
If the error continues after carrying out the remedies above, the
