b. If your server comes with an air baffle, a middle cage, or a rear cage, remove it first.

d. Record where the cables are connected to the system board; then, disconnect all the cables.
e. Remove any of the following components that are installed on the system board and put them
in a safe, static-protective place.

f. Pull out the power supplies slightly. Ensure that they are disconnected from the system board.
Step 2. Remove the system board.

a. Lift the two release pins at the same time.
b. Slide the system board towards the front of the chassis until it stops.
c. Tilt and lift the system board out of the chassis.
