TRANSMISSION VENT LINE ROUTING

1. The transmission vent lines connect to two barb

fittings on the front of the transmission.
2. One line routes across the transmission and is
w
secured with a hinge clip
3. Both lines join at a tee-fitting
transmission.
4. The vent line terminates into a fitting
sway bar mounting tube below the air box.

TRANSMISSION DISASSEMBLY

1. Drain transmission fluid.
2. Remove sixteen fasteners
transmission cover from the transmission.
NOTICE
Idler gear may come off with front transmission cover as
shown.
3. Remove idler gear from transmission cover.

4. Remove one fastener and remove shift linkage
plate.
