General Baking Warnings

• When you open the oven door during
or after cooking, hot steam may
escape. Steam can burn your hand,
face and/or eyes. When you open
the oven door, try to stay out of the
way.
• The intense steam generated during
cooking may cause drops of
condensation water inside and
outside the oven, and on the upper
parts of the appliance due to the
temperature difference. This is a
physical and normal phenomenon.
• The cooking temperature and time
values indicated for the food may
vary depending on the recipe and
the quantity. For this reason these
values are provided as ranges.
• Always remove unused accessories
from the oven before cooking.
Accessories left in the oven may
prevent your food from cooking at
proper temperatures.
• For foods that you cook according to
your own recipe, you can refer to
similar foods listed in the cooking
tables.
• Using the supplied accessories
allows you to obtain the best
cooking performance. Always pay
attention to warnings and
information provided by the
manufacturer for other cookware
you use.
• Cut the parchment paper to be used
during your cooking in dimensions
adapted to the container in which you
are cooking. When the parchment
paper overflows from the container, it
can cause burns and affect the quality
of your cooking. Use parchment paper
within the specified temperature
range.
• For good cooking performance, place
your food on the correct
recommended shelf. Do not change
the position of the shelf during
cooking.
