• Always keep the control
panel clean and dry. Having
a wet and dirty surface can
lead to operational
problems.
To
Self-cleaning at high
temperature (pyrolysis)
• During self-cleaning,
surfaces become hotter
than during normal use.
Keep children away.
• Hot water surfaces smell
like burns! Do not touch
the appliance during self-
cleaning and keep it out of
the reach of children. At
least wait
30 minutes before
removing residue.
• During self-cleaning, smoke
will be emitted due to
burning food residues.
Properly ventilate your
kitchen during the cleaning
process.
• Before starting cleaning,
clean the exterior surfaces
of the lathe and any food
residue inside the lathe
with a soapy cloth. Remove
all cooking accessories and
utensils from the lathe. If
your appliance is equipped
with a pyro-proof accessory
(resistant to high-
temperature self-cleaning),
you do not need to remove
these accessories from the
lathe.
• If there is a cooktop on
your tower, do not use the
cooktop during self-
cleaning.
