• The doneness of food may vary
depending on the amount of food and
the size of cookware used.
• Metal, ceramic and glass pans extend
baking time and the bottom surface of
pastries does not brown evenly.
• If you use baking paper during
cooking, some browning may be
observed on the underside of the
food. In this case, you may need to
extend your cooking time by about 10
minutes.
• The values indicated in the hobs are
determined following tests carried out
in our laboratories. The values that
suit you may differ from these.
• Place your food on the appropriate

Tips for baking pastries

try to spread the sauce evenly
between the pastry sheets and the
