From the home screen, navigate to Use Factory Defaults:
> Use Factory Defaults

Touch Yes.
The printer resets and starts the initial printer setup.

Complete the initial printer setup.

EMOVE AND REINSERT THE PRINTHEAD

Open the printer and lift the latch.
