Changing the configuration
Changes to the configuration take effect immediately and are stored.
Note
Rate of data transmission depends on set keyboard
Note that the data transmission rate is slower with a set universal keyboard (Universal
Keyboard Mapping) than with selection of a specific keyboard language (e.g. US keyboard).

Motion detection with the optical handheld reader with and without stand detection
If the optical handheld reader is placed on a stand, the optical handheld reader reader with
stand detection automatically switches to the motion detection mode.
• When the code for "Disable Motion Detection with Stand Detection" is scanned in, the
optical handheld reader switches to the motion detection mode. Detection depends on
whether or not the optical handheld reader is on a stand.
• To disable motion detection, you need to scan in the code for "Disable Motion Detection
with Stand Detection" and "Motion Detection Scanning Off".
• To enable motion detection on optical handheld readers with stand detection after
disabling motion detection:
You need to scan in the code for "Enable Motion Detection with Stand Detection"
• To enable motion detection on optical handheld readers without stand detection:
You need to scan in the required code for "Motion Detection On".
