6.3 Metering values, addressing und data traffic
Control bytes
The control bytes for controlling the circuit breaker are always two bytes long. With these
control bytes, you can:
• Open/close the circuit breaker
• Acknowledge tripping events
Setting the outputs is edge-triggered. It suffices to set the corresponding bits for 0.5 s. After
this, these control bits must be reset to avoid subsequently triggering any undesired actions.
The table below contains a description of the control bytes:
