6. The "Device Type" selection will depend on which type of printer you are installing.
For raster or GDI printers, leave it set to "Standard" with "Generic Network Card" and click Next (fig. G).

For Postscript printers, including those already built into Vista, select "Custom" and click the "Settings" button
(fig. H). In the "Port Settings" window (fig. I), select LPR. Under "LPR Settings" the "Queue Name" should be
"xxx" (without quotes). Check the "LPR Byte Counting Enabled" box, and uncheck the "SNMP Status Enabled"
box. Click OK, then click Next.
