Troubleshooting

Information codes

If the oven fails to operate, you may see an information code on the display. Check
the table below and try the suggestions.
Code Meaning
E-2* TEMP SENSOR ERROR

S-01 SAFETY SHUTOFF
Oven has continued operating at
set temperature for prolonged
time.
-SE- An error of the oven may cause
low performance and problems
E-0* 1)
in safety. Stop using the oven
immediately.
-dE- PARTITION MISSING
The usage of divider is not correct.
Refer to the 'Setting the divider
mode' (13 page).
-UP- OVER VOLTAGE PROTECTION (OVP)
This feature protects the product
from voltage spikes.
A strong voltage spike triggers
an alarm, displays the "-UP-"
message, and deactivates Heater,
Lamp, Convection Motor, and Spit
features.

Action
Call local SAMSUNG service centre.
Turn oven off and remove food.
Allow oven to cool before using
again.
Call local Samsung service centre.
For upper, twin and lower mode,
divider should be inserted, and
for single mode, divider should be
eliminated.
Once the voltage falls back to
normal range, Over Voltage
Protection (OVP) automatically
deactivates and the oven resumes
normal operation.
The Over Voltage Protection (OVP)
feature can interrupt the cooking
process.
