Description of the Turbo-V 750/850 TwisTorr
The Turbo-V 750/850 TwisTorr is a turbomolecular pump available
both as a stand-alone pump (driven with the dedicated rack
controller) and as a pumping system. The pumping system consists of
a pump with a dedicated integrated controller.
The system is available in three models for Turbo-V 750 TwisTorr and
three models for TV 850 TwisTorr. The models of each group differ in
the high vacuum flange.
