Technical assistance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by contacting
ADC Wireline Systems Division Customer Service Engineering Group at one
of the following numbers:

A Customer Service Engineer answers technical assistance calls Monday
through Friday between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Pacific Time, excluding
holidays. At all other times, an on-duty Customer Service Engineer returns
technical assistance calls within 30 minutes.
