ADJUSTING THE GOVERNOR

Adjust:
• Governor
Adjustment steps:
a. Loosen the governor arm bolt "1".
b. Turn the governor arm "2" counterclockwise until
it stops so that the throttle lever is fully open.
c. Turn the governor fork "3" counterclockwise until
it stops.
d. Tighten the governor arm bolt "1".
Governor arm bolt:
10 N·m (1.0 kgf·m, 7.4 lb·ft)
