Check:
• Piston with the connecting rod "1" position
TIP
For cylinder #1, install so that the number "1" "a" on the
connecting rod faces the crankcase cover side, and for cyl-
inder #2, install so that the number "2" "b" on the connect-
ing rod faces the crankcase cover side.
5.
Install:
• Crankshaft "1"
6.
Install:
• Connecting rod cap #1 "1"
• Connecting rod cap bolts #1 "2"
Connecting rod cap bolt:
25 N·m (2.5 kgf·m, 18 lb·ft)
TIP
• Make sure that the " " mark "a" on the connecting rod is
aligned with the " " mark "b" on the connecting rod cap.
• Tighten the connecting rod cap bolts alternately two to
three times.
