Double-click the debugger icon.

Choose the File→Run (ALT, F, R) command in the Windows Program
Manager.
Enter the debugger filename, C:\HP\RTC\M302\B3621.EXE (if

C:\HP\RTC\M302 was the installation path chosen when installing the
debugger software).
Choose the OK button.

You can execute a command file when starting the debugger by using the
"-C<command_file>" command line option.
