b) Enter the Number for the "Outside Line". (In this example the Number "0" was entered,
because it is number of our Switchboard for the outside line).
c) Click on OK button to confirm the settings.
d) Exit from Administrator Mode

B. How to enter the FAX Number
MFP can manage correctly the "Outside Line Number" only if the "FAX Number" registered in the
"Address Book" was entered correctly.
Please follow of the procedures below described when you storing a FAX Number in the Address Book.
Note:
•
If the FAX Number was not correctly stored in the Address Book, the MFP cannot sent the FAX
because it has not access to the outside line; and the Error "T82" or "T82" occurs.
1. Procedure via WEB Page
The FAX Number can be stored using the "Public" access level, or using the "Administrator" access
level; this depend if the Administrator has restricted this function at User level.
