Horizontal Magnification Adjustment (FT2070)
– Resolution Adjustment –
1.
Make a few copies of the OS-A3 chart using
the 1:1 reproduction ratio and check the
resolution.
2.
If the resolution is poor, adjust it by rotating
the resolution cam to achieve optimum image.

3. Make a few copies of the OS-A3 chart using
the 1 :1 reproduction ratio and check that the
horizontal magnification is within specifica-
tion.
Horizontal Magnification Specification: ±
0.5%
NOTE: * The distance "H" on the copy of the OS-
A3 chart should be 10030.5 mm (4 ±
0.02").
4.
If the horizontal magnification is out of
specification, adjust it using the magnification
cam.
