Light Intensity Adjustment (FT2070)
NOTE: * When the copier is set at the 3rd image
density level, level 3 of the gray scale on
the OS-A3 chart should be slightly visi-
ble and level 2 should be invisible on the
copy. If the light intensity is not proper,
adjust it as follows:
1. Turn off the main switch.
2. After removing the upper right cover, upper
left cover, 3rd mirror cover and master unit,
clean the optics (mirrors, lens, reflectors, and
exposure glass).
Reassemble.

4. Open the front cover and remove the DIP
switch cover (1 screw).
5. Close the front cover and turn on the main
switch.
6. Select the 3rd image density level.
7. Make a few copies of the OS-A3 chart.
