PROBLEM
Hose display reads 0A on startup.
Erratic display; display turns on and
off.
Display buttons do not work properly;
cannot get out of an operation.
Red stop button does not work.
No heat in any zone.
No heat in A or B zones.
Low heat in A or B zones.

FTS not installed and
Cable not grounded.
Extension cable too long.
Broken membrane switch.
Ribbon cable disconnected or bro-
ken.
Broken button (fused contact).
Loose wire.
Red stop button circuit open.
Circuit breaker(s) tripped.
Heat turned off.
Temperature control alarm.
Defective heater.
Loose connectors or wire nuts.
Failed temperature control board.
A and B temperature setpoints too
low.
Flow too high.
Defective heater.
Loose connectors or wire nuts.
Low voltage.
Overheated temperature control
board.
Fluid too cold.
SOLUTION
Install FTS (see operation manual),
zone off.
or adjust current to desired setting.

Check that power supply meets
requirements.
Check fan operation.
Check if door is open; close.
Check that cooling holes are not
