PROBLEM
Reactor does not operate.
Fan not working.
Pump output low.
Fluid leak in pump packing nut area. Worn throat seals.
No display.
No temperature display.
No cycle counter display.
Does not count.

CAUSE
No power.
No air or hydraulic power.
Red stop button circuit open.
Blown fuse.
Loose wire.
Defective fan.
Obstructed fluid hose or gun; fluid
hose ID too small.
Worn piston valve or intake valve in
displacement pump.
Main power OFF.
Loose display cable.
Display board failed.
Loose display cable.
Failed temperature control board.
Inadequate power to temperature
board.
Loose power cable (internal to dis-
play).
Defective display board.
Loose display cable.
Defective counter.
Magnet (26) missing from pump
yoke.
Defective reed switch (27).
Troubleshooting
SOLUTION
Plug in power cord.
Turn main power ON
