Checking the oil pressure control valve

Remove screw plug with sealing washer
-
Remove pressure spring @> and ball
-
Measure the spring length of the oil pressure control valve.

sure spring
If the measured value does not meet specifications:
-
Change the spring.
-
Check ball C, and the sealing seat.
If there is damage or wear:
-
Change the ball and machine the sealing seat.
-
Insert ball and pressure spring@>.
