CHECKING ACTIONS
1. Ensure power supplier availability, by checking
house power supply voltage;

2. Ensure "TEST" button is not wrongly pressed, by
press the "reset" button to light ON the ELCB lamp.
1. Ensure water flow rate is big enough (over 1,2L/
min);
2. Ensure the water heater is turned ON, by rotating
OFF
knob clockwise after MIN.
3. Ensure water pipe connection (inlet on right, out-
let on left). fig 5
Ensure water flow rate is not too big (over 6L/min),
ON
by reducing the flow rate through regulation valve;
Stop use the water heater, call service.
1. Increase temperature/power setting.
2. Make sure the water flow rate is not too big (over
6L/min), by reducing the flow rate through stop
valve regulation;
3. Measure the actual voltage WHEN heating to
ON
make sure voltage drop not too big.
By increase section, or reduce length of the power
supply cable could improve.
4. Ensure power supplier voltage not too small, by
checking house power supply WITHOUT heating.
1. Ensure the water pressure is big enough to pro-
vide comfortable water flow rate.
2. Ensure there are no dirty, by clean the filter, which

is built in the regulation valve. Fig. 5, B1-B2-B3
3. Ensure there are no bottleneck in the inlet pipe
between water heater to the main water supply
point;
Measuring the actual voltage WHEN heating to
make sure voltage drop not too big. (Voltage drop
ON should be less than 10%).
By increase section, or reduce length of the power
supply cable could solve the flickering problem.
