36 - Troubleshooting
Cause
The product cannot leave the charging
station because it is blocked or it slips
on the baseplate of the charging sta-
tion.
The product cannot go into the charg-
ing station because it is blocked or the
baseplate of the charging station is til-
ted or bent.
The connection between the charging
plates on the product and the contact
plates on the charging station is not
good. The product has made a number
of tries to charge.
The drive wheels on the product are
blocked.
One of the wheel motors is defective or
not installed correctly.
The main circuit board is defective or
not installed correctly.
The drive wheel is blocked by grass or
other objects.
The drive wheel is blocked by grass or
other objects.
The wheel motor or the cabling to the
wheel motor is defective.
The main circuit board is defective.
The cutting motor is blocked by grass
or other objects.
The cutting motor or its cabling is de-
fective or not installed correctly.
The main circuit board or its cabling is
defective or not installed correctly.
Unknown combination of firmware ver-
sions.
Incorrect combination of circuit boards
in the product.
Action
Examine why the product cannot leave
the charging station. Remove any ob-
jects and clean the baseplate of the
charging station.
Examine why the product cannot go
into the charging station. Remove any
objects and make sure that the base-
plate of the charging station is level.
Put the product in the charging sta-
tion and make sure that the charg-
ing plates and contact plates are con-
nected. Clean the contact plates on
the charging station and the charging
plates on the product.
Free the product and correct the cause
of problem.
Examine the wheel motors and their
cabling.
Examine the main board and its ca-
bling. Replace if necessary.
Examine the drive wheel and remove
the grass or other objects.
Examine the right drive wheel and re-
move the grass or other objects.
Examine the right wheel motor and
check its function when idling. Replace
