Description
BR Connectors
The DC Common bus in the system. All boards in the system must
(J3 and J6)
have their BR Faston connectors wired together for proper
operation (except for between the DC and AC sections of an FPX
hybrid system).
Zone Outputs
These are zone output terminal strips are removable and accept
(Out1 – Out8)
wire sizes from AWG14 to AWG22. The terminals are labeled on
the PC board underneath the terminal strip.
Any locking device shall be configured for fail safe operation upon
occurrence of an alarm.
FAI LED
The FAI LED lights when FAI is active and an FAI input signal is
(D11) – Red
received from the FPO power supply.
Optional Output
When using the PTC version of the CKM-F8P, the fuse will be

replaced with a soldered-in PTC.

OUNTING
NFORMATION
Mount the CKM-F8P board to an enclosure using the four snap-in standoffs
supplied.
To mount the CKM-F8P board to an enclosure:
1. Locate the appropriate mounting holes in the enclosure and snap the
standoffs into the holes.
2. Align the board mounting holes with the standoffs and snap the board
onto the standoffs. Be sure the board is properly oriented.
