Description
These connectors pass the FAI and Fault signals to and from the
CKM-F8P board and pass the FlexIO bus on to other accessory
boards in the system.
Faston connectors for the B1 voltage bus in the system.
The voltage on the B1 bus comes from the DC1 Faston connector
of a power supply. This voltage will be directed to any outputs
whose output selection jumper is set to one of the B1 positions.
Use these Faston connectors for the B2 voltage bus in the system.
The voltage on the B2 bus comes from the DC1 Faston connector
of the power supply. This voltage will be directed to any outputs
whose output selection jumper is set to the B2 position. If you are
using the CKM-F8P in a single voltage system, leave these Faston
connectors unused.
Output selection jumpers select the voltage bus input for the output
and the FAI operation for the zone. Jumper numbers correspond
with the zone number (for example, JP1 is the jumper for OUT1).
Possible settings are as follows:
• Pos. 1 (Top) - Continuous output of B1 voltage
• Pos. 2 B1 - Enables voltage on FAI
• Pos. 3 B1 - Disables voltage on FAI
• Pos. 4 - Constant output of B2 voltage
• Pos. 5 B2 - Enables voltage on FAI
• Pos. 6 (Bot.) B2 - Disables voltage on FAI
• Removed - Disables output
The B2 LED lights when voltage is available on the B2 bus.
Note: This LED does not light in a single voltage system.
The B1 LED lights when voltage is available on the B1 bus.
