12.1
Removing / Emptying Hopper
► Fold the push handle forwards.
► Pull hopper handle upwards.
► Remove the hopper and empty it.

Fitting the Hopper
► Place the hopper in position on the machine –
the recesses in the hopper engage the retain‐
ers on the machine.
► Lock the hopper handle.

13 Storing the Machine

► Remove the battery.
► Thoroughly clean the machine.
► Store the machine in a dry and secure location
Keep out of the reach of children and other
unauthorized persons.
Position the machine so that the bristles of the
side brooms are not bent or twisted. Bent or twis‐
ted bristles may otherwise become permanently
deformed. Twisted bristles can be straightened
by heating them with a hair dryer – see "Inspec‐
tion and Maintenance by User".
13.1
Storing the Machine
The machine can be stood on end for space-sav‐
ing storage.
Secure power tool to prevent it or the push han‐
dle falling over.
